Return & Exchange Policy

We appreciate your support and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our store policies.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, fit, or style preferences. We kindly ask you to check our size guide and review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

RETURNS (For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Only)

We only accept returns for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective.
If this applies, please contact us at info@siginommo.com within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return at our sole discretion.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Face masks

  • Altered items

  • Clearance items – These are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after your return is received and approved.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on any items.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it, please notify us.
Once a package is with the carrier, they are responsible for safe delivery.

We’ll open a case with the carrier and begin an investigation that may take up to 2 weeks.
After this period, if the package is not recovered, we will offer either a reshipment or store credit.
Refunds will not be issued.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for the reshipment fee once a valid address is confirmed.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.
